Shipping Responsibility
Orders are shipped to the exact address provided at checkout. Once the courier marks a package as delivered, LEBFRIP cannot be held responsible for loss or theft. Please ensure your delivery location is secure.
If your package is held at a local Post Office or Collection Point, please collect it promptly. Packages returned or disposed of due to failure to collect are not the responsibility of LEBFRIP.
Address Changes
Q: Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?

However, once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
